Lynette Brown, a director with Invotex Group, has more than 20 years experience providing a variety of consulting services, including matters involving breach of contract, intellectual property, business valuations, corporate restructuring and litigation services. Her litigation services experience has included supervising all aspects of the expert witness preparation process: creating document discovery requests, analyzing and modeling financial and economic data, drafting expert reports for court submission and creating trial exhibits. She has lead engagements primarily focused financial statement fraud. Her most recent engagement involved one of the largest national mortgage associations. The litigation covered several years and required the analysis of thousand of documents. Ms. Brown has also worked on litigation brought by the Department of Justice, the most recent engagement involved international contractor fraud. She has assisted in the preparation of expert witness reports in several securities related litigations. In addition, Ms. Brown has more than 15 years public accounting experience for top tier and Big Four accounting firms where she worked with a diverse client base including public and privately held businesses, not-for-profit entities and government contractors, assisting these companies with a range of reporting, accounting and internal control issues.
